Russia cut oil output by 150k bpd in April - Interfax

Russia’s news agency, Interfax, reports that the country cut oil output by 150,000 barrels per day (bpd) so far this month.

Both crude benchmarks remain depressed despite a better risk environment, little pleased by the above headlines.
