China’s Zhu: ‘The essence of U.S.-China trade is mutually beneficial and win-win’

China’s Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao was on the wires earlier today, via Reuters, making optimistic comments on the US-China trade relationship.

His comments come after his Ministry announced that China will cut import tariffs on nearly 1,500 consumer products from July 1.
