US commerce chief Ross: Will be difficult for TPP 11 countries to finalize an agreement
U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross recently crossed the wires saying that it would be difficult for 11 Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) countries to finalize an agreement as the U.S. market access was a 'bait' for many members, as per Reuters reports.
