Ex-Saudi OilMin hopes OPEC members will reach a decision 30th Nov
Speaking in London, former Saudi Arabian oil minister Ali Al-Naimi noted that he is not quite optimistic that the OPEC will strike an output cut deal that was agreed at the Algerian meeting.
